2. Retrieving website information

While surfing on our website the usual log files are written (date, time, IP-address, required URL, etc.) and are stored for 5 days, in order to recognize possible irregularities. These log files are important to provide proof of a criminal conduct to the prosecution authorities; in this respect we have a “legitimate interest” within the meaning of article 6 (1f) DS-GVO.

Internally our website uses full SSL-encryption. In so far operators of worldwide web servers have no access to contents transported.

The contact form data are sent by E-mail in unencrypted form to our companies. In so far complete confidentiality is not guaranteed. If complete confidentiality is important to you, please let us know by E-mail (our E-Mail server supports TLS-encryption, if YOUR E-mail server also supports it).


3b. Using the online application form

Based on our legitimate interest within the meaning of article 6 (1f) DS-GVO, we herewith provide you an online application form, by the use of which you can quickly and comfortably contact us.  

The data provided by you are collected via the SSL-encrypted website and are sent by E-mail to the personnel department of our company. 

Your application data is used by us within the scope of a normal application process.
