We support our customers in the dismantling of technical facilities, sequential production supply and disposal as well as spare parts logistics on site.

Our mechatronics and project management team optimises your assembly and disassembly processes on request and develops the associated process documentation and procedural instructions. In addition, you benefit from the attractive logistics collective agreement.

We assemble your products to order – on your or our equipment – and reduce your stock and tied-up capital in the process. On our production areas with connection to our automated storage and retrieval system, we ensure short throughput times and high quality standards.

Our project team works with you to develop the optimum processes based on MTM and the corresponding process instructions. In order for you to benefit from economies of scale, we manufacture in line or at individual workstations depending on batch sizes wherever possible.

Aluminium welding is considered the supreme discipline among welding processes. We support you with qualified personnel under contract for work and help you reduce your production costs. In this process you benefit from the advantageous logistics collective agreement.

Whether long-term or temporary, we will be happy to help you identify possible subtasks/components in terms of outsourcing or support for your production.

We manage your stocks and convert various individual components into a saleable end product on an order-related basis.

We take care of order picking, consolidation, labelling, SN recording, configuration and individual packaging (e.g. in sealed cardboard boxes or blister packaging) promptly and reliably.
